Consists of one scrapbook, compiled by Carolyn Hale Rodgers and her uncle "Ned", consisting of cartoons of World War I characters drawn by her uncle and with comments by Rodgers; war ballads written by Rodgers and "Unk"; programs; posters; photographs; letters from her father; pamphlets; and jokes, cartoons, and other newspaper clippings reflecting the United States war effort during World War I.
